Biweekly report on issuance and board transfer of Beijing stock exchange: the issuance has slowed down in the past two weeks, and there is no board transfer of new companies

The Shanghai Composite Index fell 3.87% this week. The third board component index rose or fell by - 0.92%, and the weekly turnover was 638 million yuan.

From April 11, 2022 to April 22, 2022, a total of 20 companies updated the issuance review status in the share transfer system, and the issuance review slowed down compared with the previous two weeks. Among them, the review status of 14 companies has been inquired, one company has been approved by the municipal Party committee meeting, three companies have passed the review and reported to the CSRC, and two companies have completed all processes to prepare for "registration" listing.

No new companies have been transferred to the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange in the past two weeks. Since 2020, 83 new third board companies have been delisted and 51 companies have been listed on the board. At present, 25 companies have been listed and traded. There are 15 companies on the main board, 24 on the science and innovation board and 30 on the gem. The main industries are distributed in industry, information technology, optional consumption, materials and medical care.
