Its headquarters is located in Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. The company now holds a business license with a unified social credit code of 91360900667497406n, with a registered capital of 164087736.00 yuan and a total of 164087736 shares (par value of 1 yuan per share). Among them, the tradable shares with limited sales conditions: 128613236 A shares; 35474500 A-shares of tradable shares with unlimited sales conditions. The company’s shares were listed and traded on Shanghai Stock Exchange on December 18, 2020.
The company belongs to C29 rubber and plastic products production industry. The main business activities are the R & D, production and sales of battery backplane, aluminum-plastic film, multi-functional film, battery components, special functional composite materials and their products. The main products are: Cecep Solar Energy Co.Ltd(000591) battery backplane.
2、 Objectives and principles for the company to establish internal accounting control system
(1) Objectives of the company’s internal accounting control system
1. Standardize the accounting behavior of the company and ensure the authenticity and integrity of accounting materials.
2. Plug loopholes, eliminate hidden dangers, prevent and timely detect and correct errors and fraud, and protect the safety and integrity of the company’s assets.
