Chongqing Sokon Industry Group Stock Co.Ltd(601127) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 18th meeting of the 4th board of directors on October 18, 2021 and the 5th extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2021 on November 5, 2021, The proposal on the company’s issuance of H shares and listing in Hong Kong and conversion into an overseas offering company limited by shares, the proposal on the company’s issuance of H shares and listing in Hong Kong, the proposal on the validity period of the resolution on the company’s issuance of H shares and listing in Hong Kong, and Proposals such as the proposal on requesting the general meeting of shareholders to authorize the board of directors and its authorized persons to deal with matters related to the issuance and listing of H shares in Hong Kong.
