Letter of commitment to obtain the qualification of independent director
Xiamen Sunrise Wheel Group Co.Ltd(002593) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) nominated myself as an independent director candidate of the Fifth Board of directors at the 24th Meeting of the Fourth Board of directors. As of the date of issuing the notice of the company’s first extraordinary general meeting in 2022, I have not obtained the qualification certificate of independent director recognized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
In order to better perform the duties of independent directors, Huang Hui promised that he would actively participate in the latest independent director training held by Shenzhen Stock Exchange. And obtained the qualification certificate of independent director recognized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
