Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co.Ltd(300450) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or ” Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co.Ltd(300450) “) held the 10th meeting of the 4th board of directors on January 26, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on applying for comprehensive credit line from banks. Due to the needs of the company’s business strategy, the company plans to apply for comprehensive credit line from banks as follows:
1. Apply to the business department of Bank Of China Limited(601988) Wuxi high tech Industrial Development Zone sub branch for a comprehensive credit line of no more than 1.2 billion yuan;
2. Apply to Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China Limited(601398) Wuxi Xinwu sub branch for a comprehensive credit line of no more than 1.25 billion yuan;
3. Apply to Agricultural Bank Of China Limited(601288) Wuxi Xinwu sub branch for a comprehensive credit line of no more than 900 million yuan;

Shanghai Branch for a comprehensive credit line of no more than US $40 million.
The board of directors agrees that the total amount of comprehensive credit (including but not limited to working capital loan, bank acceptance bill, bill discount, trade financing, letter of credit, letter of guarantee, etc.) applied by the company to the above banks shall not exceed RMB 11.7 billion and USD 40 million (the final credit line shall be subject to the credit line actually approved by the bank), The credit term is one year from the date of approval of the above matters and the signing of the credit contract. The specific financing amount will be determined according to the actual needs of the company’s daily working capital and the relevant provisions of the approval authority for the use of funds.
The board of directors of the company agrees to authorize Mr. Wang Yanqing, chairman of the board of directors, to sign contracts, agreements, vouchers and other legal documents related to the credit within the above credit line on behalf of the company, and all the legal and economic responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the company.
The application for credit extension needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation.
