2. The Pingtan industrial base project of Hong Kong Zhongnuo group has a contract amount of about 400 million yuan and a construction period of 927 days. Part of the revenue of the project has been recognized, part of the payment has been received and has not been settled. Up to now, Party A has not paid the progress payment as agreed in the contract, and the project is currently in the state of shutdown. The company has submitted an arbitration award to Fuzhou Arbitration Commission in accordance with the contract. At present, the case is still in the trial stage, and the specific impact on the company shall be subject to the actual implementation of the award made by Fuzhou Arbitration Commission.
