Beijing Hualian Hypermarket Co.Ltd(600361) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 45th meeting of the seventh board of directors on January 26, 2022, and deliberated and adopted the proposal on the proposed change of the company’s registered address.
Based on the needs of business development, the company plans to change its registered address from “No. 3, basement 2, Sichuan Economic and trade building, No. 1, Fuwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing” to “Room 401, floor 4, East Tower, Sichuan building, No. 1, Fuwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing”, and modify the articles of association accordingly. The change of registered address of the company needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
The final change of registered address shall be subject to the contents approved by the market supervision and administration department.
