Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) (hereinafter referred to as ” Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) ” and “sponsor”) is the sponsor of Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd(002183) (hereinafter referred to as ” Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd(002183) ” and “company”) non-public offering of A-Shares (hereinafter referred to as “non-public offering”), In accordance with the measures for the administration of securities issuance and listing recommendation business, the stock listing rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the self regulatory guidelines for listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board, and the self regulatory guidelines for listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 13 – recommendation business, Checked the guarantee provided by Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd(002183) for the participating subsidiaries and related party transactions, and issued the following verification opinions: I. relevant information of the company’s non-public issuance of restricted shares
According to the reply on approving Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd(002183) non-public development of shares issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission (zjxk [2021] No. 932), and with the consent of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd(002183) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or ” Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd(002183) “) issued 47431122 shares to 16 specific objects at an issue price of 4.69 yuan per share, The total amount of funds raised is RMB 2224519865.68, after deducting the issuance expenses (excluding value-added tax) of RMB 25151461.56, and the net amount of funds raised by the issuer is RMB 2199368404.12, Dahua Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) verified the availability of the raised funds of the company and issued the capital verification report (Dahua Yan Zi [2021] No. 000489). The non-public offering completed the registration and custody procedures in Shenzhen Branch of China depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. on July 19, 2021, and was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange on July 27, 2021. The number of shares issued was 474311272, and the total share capital of the company was changed to 2597009091 after issuance. There are 16 issuers in total. Except that the restricted period of shares subscribed by Shenzhen investment holding Capital Co., Ltd. is 18 months from the date of listing of new shares, the restricted period of shares subscribed by the other 15 issuers is 6 months from the date of listing of new shares, which shall be calculated from July 27, 2021.

2. Commitment content
The above-mentioned 15 shareholders promised not to transfer the subscribed shares within six months from the date of the end of Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd(002183) this issuance (referring to the date of listing of the shares issued this time), and entrusted the board of directors of Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd(002183) to apply to China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch for locking the subscribed shares, so as to ensure that the shares held by them will be locked from the date of the end of this issuance, No transfer within six months.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the 15 shareholders who applied for lifting the restricted shares have strictly fulfilled the above commitments.
