Great Chinasoft Technology Co.Ltd(002453) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) convened the 31st meeting of the 5th board of directors on January 26, 2022, and deliberated and adopted the proposal on the appointment of senior managers.
Based on the needs of the company’s operation and management, the company agreed to appoint Mr. Jiang Weidong as the vice president of the company after being reviewed by the president nomination and Nomination Committee of the company. The term of office starts from the date of deliberation and approval at this meeting to the date of expiration of the Fifth Board of directors. The independent directors of the company expressed their consent to the above matters.

Jiang Weidong, male, born in 1967, Chinese nationality, without permanent overseas residency, MBA of Nanjing University, senior economist. Since 1990, he has successively served as the deputy section Secretary of the general manager’s office of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation(600028) Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., the head of the enterprise management section of the enterprise management department, the sales director in China of American NDC company, the executive deputy general manager of Kunshan keshimao packaging materials Co., Ltd., the sales director in China of German e + L company, and now he is the vice president and operation director of Great Chinasoft Technology Co.Ltd(002453) .
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Jiang Weidong does not hold the company’s shares, has no relationship with the shareholders and actual controllers holding more than 5% of the company’s shares, and has no relationship with other directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company.
