Recently, the company received the letter on changing Avic Jonhon Optronic Technology Co.Ltd(002179) signing certified public accountants from Dahua certified public accountants. As the audit institution of the company’s 2021 financial statements and internal control, Dahua certified public accountants originally appointed long jiao (project partner) and Wang Dong as signing certified public accountants to provide audit services for the company. In view of the work adjustment of the original signing certified public accountant, according to the relevant provisions of the practicing quality control system of Dahua certified public accountants, Dahua certified public accountants now appoints Zhang Ling (project partner) and Li Haoyang as the signing certified public accountants to continue to complete the relevant work.
