Strengthen the rigid constraints on the use of green power by high energy consuming enterprises, and all localities can formulate the minimum proportion of green power in the power consumption of high energy consuming enterprises according to the actual situation. All localities should organize power grid enterprises to regularly sort out and announce the time distribution of local green power, and orderly guide users to consume more green power.
Improve green power consumption promotion measures. The plan points out that within the scope of power grid supply capacity, users with a high proportion of green power consumption will be given priority in implementing demand side management.
