Announcement on the change of Employee Representative Supervisor

The board of supervisors of Zhejiang Wanfeng Auto Wheel Co.Ltd(002085) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Tong Shengkun, the employee representative supervisor. Mr. Tong Shengkun applied to resign from the position of employee representative supervisor of the seventh board of supervisors of the company due to job change. After his resignation, Mr. Tong Shengkun no longer held any position in the company and its subsidiaries. In accordance with the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the resignation application takes effect after the new employee representative supervisor is elected by the employee congress of the company.
As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Tong Shengkun did not hold shares of the company and there were no commitments that should be fulfilled but not fulfilled. Mr. Tong Shengkun was diligent and conscientious during his tenure as the employee representative supervisor of the company. The board of supervisors of the company expressed heartfelt thanks to Mr. Tong Shengkun for his contributions during his tenure!
The company held the employee representative meeting on January 25, 2022 and agreed to elect Mr. Pan Chenggang as the employee representative supervisor of the seventh board of supervisors of the company (the resume is attached). The term of office is from the date of deliberation and approval of the employee representative meeting to the date of expiration of the seventh board of supervisors.
The above employee representative supervisors meet the qualifications and conditions of supervisors in the company law, the stock listing rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the self regulatory guidelines for listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board and other laws and regulations, as well as the articles of association.
