Dahua certified public accountants is the audit institution of the company’s financial statements and internal control in 2021, and the original appointees sent Ms. long Jiao and Mr. Li Haoyang as signing certified public accountants to provide audit services for the company. In view of the work adjustment of Mr. Li Haoyang, the original signing certified public accountant, Dahua certified public accountants appointed Ms. Huang Yuqing to replace Mr. Li Haoyang as the signing certified public accountant to continue to complete the audit of the company’s financial statements and internal control of financial reports in 2021.
