Prior approval opinions on the proposal to hire an audit institution in 2021
After verification, we believe that Guangdong Si Nong Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) has the qualification for securities and futures related business, rich audit experience, sufficient independence, professional competence and investor protection ability. This appointment complies with relevant laws, regulations and the articles of association, and does not harm the interests of the company and minority shareholders.
Therefore, we recognize that the company employs Guangdong Sinong Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) as the financial audit institution and internal control audit institution of the company in 2021, and agree to submit this proposal to the board of directors of the company for deliberation.
