(I) review procedures for the performance of daily connected transactions
The 24th Meeting of the 7th board of directors of the company was held on January 25, 2022. The meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on the expected daily connected transactions in 2022. Mr. Lu Junsi, Ms. Liu Zehong and Mr. Lin Qiang, affiliated directors of the company, avoided voting, and other directors unanimously voted to pass the proposal.
The independent directors of the company approved the above proposal in advance and expressed independent opinions. Opinions of independent directors:
1. With regard to the estimated amount of daily connected transactions in 2022, we believe that the principles of fairness, impartiality, voluntariness and integrity are followed, and there is no situation that damages the interests of the company and minority shareholders.
2.
