Announcement on the resignation of the company’s chief financial officer

The board of directors of Shenzhen Bauing Construction Holding Group Co.Ltd(002047) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Liao Jianzhong, deputy general manager and chief financial officer. Mr. Liao Jianzhong applied for resignation from the position of deputy general manager and chief financial officer of the company and all positions of holding subsidiaries for personal reasons. After resigning from the above position, Mr. Liao Jianzhong will not hold any position in the company and its holding subsidiaries. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Liao Jianzhong did not hold shares of the company, nor did he have any commitments that should be fulfilled but not fulfilled or are still being fulfilled.
According to the company law of the people’s Republic of China, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Mr. Liao Jianzhong’s resignation report takes effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors of the company. His resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company. The company will complete the selection and employment of the chief financial officer as soon as possible.
