Announcement on the resignation of the Deputy General Manager

The board of directors of Shenzhen Huakong Seg Co.Ltd(000068) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the resignation report submitted by Mr. Zhu Mingyang, deputy general manager. Mr. Zhu Mingyang applied for resignation from the position of deputy general manager of the company and all positions of subordinate enterprises appointed by the company for personal reasons.
According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Mr. Zhu Mingyang’s resignation application shall take effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of directors of the company. After Mr. Zhu Mingyang resigns as deputy general manager, the company will continue to employ him as a consultant, and his resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Zhu Mingyang has not directly or indirectly held shares of the company, and there are no commitments that should be fulfilled but not fulfilled.
