The term of office of the third board of supervisors of Wuhan Jingce Electronic Group Co.Ltd(300567) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) is about to expire. In accordance with the company law of the people’s Republic of China, the securities law of the people’s Republic of China, the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange gem and other laws and regulations, normative documents, the articles of association of Wuhan Jingce Electronic Group Co.Ltd(300567) and other relevant provisions on the election of employee representative supervisors, The company held the first employee representative meeting in 2022 on January 24, 2022. After voting by the employee representatives attending the meeting, Mr. Ou Changdong was elected as the employee representative supervisor of the Fourth Board of supervisors of the company (see Annex for resume).
Mr. Ou Changdong will form the Fourth Board of supervisors of the company together with two non employee representative supervisors elected by the first extraordinary general meeting of the company in 2022. The term of office is three years, from the effective date of the resolution of the first extraordinary general meeting of the company in 2022 to the expiration date of the term of office of the Fourth Board of supervisors of the company.

From June 2009 to October 2010, served as an engineer of Wuhan Lingte Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., engaged in FPGA development; From October 2010 to July 2012, served as the director of Wuhan Flash Technology Co., Ltd., engaged in FPGA development; Joined Wuhan Jingce Electronic Group Co.Ltd(300567) in August 2012, successively served as Wuhan Jingce Electronic Group Co.Ltd(300567) FPGA Engineer, director and manager of R & D department optical detection department, responsible for the R & D business related to AOI and demura optical detection system.
