Changzhou Galaxy Century Microelectronics Co.Ltd(688689) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the inquiry letter on the examination of Changzhou Galaxy Century Microelectronics Co.Ltd(688689) application documents for issuing convertible bonds to unspecified objects (szksh (refinancing) [2022] No. 16) (hereinafter referred to as “the inquiry letter”) issued by Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “the Shanghai Stock Exchange”) on January 21, 2022.
