1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
Dbappsecurity Co.Ltd(688023) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the 11th meeting of the second board of supervisors was notified by mail and telephone on January 16, 2021 and held by means of communication voting on January 21, 2021. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Feng Xuhang, chairman of the board of supervisors of the company. There were 3 supervisors and 3 supervisors.
