Announcement on the resignation of the Secretary of the board of directors

Citic Offshore Helicopter Co.Ltd(000099) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Xu Shutian, Secretary of the board of directors of the company. Mr. Xu Shutian resigned as secretary of the board of directors of the company for personal reasons. Mr. Xu Shutian resigned from the position of secretary of the board of directors and other positions of the company and subsidiaries. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position of the company and subsidiaries.
As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Xu Shutian did not directly hold the shares of the company, and there were no other commitments that should be fulfilled but not fulfilled. Mr. Xu Shutian has served successively as secretary of the board of directors and assistant to the general manager of the company since 2013.
