Announcement on changing the sponsor representative of continuous supervision

Jiangsu Jinji Industrial Co.Ltd(300798) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) completed the initial public offering of shares on November 22, 2019 and listed on the gem of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and completed the issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects and listed on the gem of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on November 24, 2021. The sponsor Guosen Securities Co.Ltd(002736) (hereinafter referred to as ” Guosen Securities Co.Ltd(002736) “) originally designated Mr. Zhang Wen As the sponsor representative, Ms. Ji Qing is responsible for the specific continuous supervision until December 31, 2023.
On January 22, 2022, the board of directors of the company received Guosen Securities Co.Ltd(002736) letter on replacing Jiangsu Jinji Industrial Co.Ltd(300798) continuous supervision sponsor representative. Due to the resignation of Ms. Ji Qing, the original continuous supervision sponsor representative, she was unable to continue to perform the continuous supervision of the company. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the continuous supervision, Guosen Securities Co.Ltd(002736) it is decided that Mr. Ye Zheng, the sponsor representative (see the appendix for resume), will continue to perform the continuous supervision duties instead of Ms. Ji Qing.
After the change of the sponsor representative, Guosen Securities Co.Ltd(002736) is responsible for the continuous supervision of the company’s initial public offering and listing and the issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects. The sponsor representatives are Mr. Zhang Wen and Mr. Ye Zheng. The continuous supervision period is until the end of the continuous supervision obligations stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
