2、 Other relevant instructions
1. According to the notice on reducing the company’s shares issued by Ms. Huang Sishi, since the shares of Jinke Property Group Co.Ltd(000656) he held were purchased in the secondary market through financing by financial institutions, the relevant financing funds will gradually expire from January to February 2022, so he returned the due financing of financial institutions through reducing his shares from January 19 to 21, 2022.
It continues to be optimistic about the development of Jinke Property Group Co.Ltd(000656) and continues to support the management of Jinke Property Group Co.Ltd(000656) . After the funds obtained from this reduction are returned to financial institutions for financing, the remaining funds are planned to continue to support the development of Listed Companies in the next year according to their own cash flow arrangements and the needs of the company (on the premise of fulfilling the necessary review and information disclosure procedures).

According to the relevant letters received by the company from Ms. Huang Sishi, given that he has not worked in Jinke Property Group Co.Ltd(000656) for many years and does not participate in Jinke Property Group Co.Ltd(000656) production and operation activities, he and Mr. Huang Hongyun are no longer qualified to maintain a concerted action relationship. In order to express their true wishes as shareholders more clearly and independently, further straighten out the corporate governance structure of Jinke Property Group Co.Ltd(000656) and improve the decision-making efficiency of the company, at the same time, the validity period of the previously signed agreement on concerted action has expired, and it will terminate the relationship of concerted action with Mr. Huang Hongyun. This notification letter shall come into effect immediately upon receipt by Mr. Huang Hongyun and the company, and its concerted action relationship with Mr. Huang Hongyun shall be officially terminated when the notification letter comes into effect (see company Announcement No. 2022-010 for details).
4. The company will continue to pay attention to the progress of the implementation of the share reduction plan of the above shareholders, and timely perform the obligation of information disclosure in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations.
