China Merchants Bank Co.Ltd(600036) Jinan Branch (hereinafter referred to as “CMB Jinan Branch”) filed a lawsuit with Jinan Railway Transportation Intermediate People’s court to require the company’s holding subsidiary Shandong sound Jineng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “sound Jineng”) to repay the loan principal of RMB 642295500 and all interest up to the actual repayment date of CMB Jinan Branch in advance, And require the company to bear joint and several guarantee liabilities for the above debts. The Ji’nan branch of the China Merchants Bank has applied to the court for the lifting of the 70% stake protection measures for Sander Jinan, and the mediation agreement is still being implemented.

Recently, Minsheng Jinzu applied to Tianjin No. 3 intermediate people’s court for deduction of Tus Environmental Science And Technology Development Co.Ltd(000826) 1314478 yuan in the account 111100120100012210 of Yichang ermalu sub branch of Bank of Hubei and 4686429 yuan in the account 68600010005296 of Yichang Branch Business Department of Bank of Hubei.

Recently, the company received the enforcement notice issued by Tianjin No. 1 Intermediate People’s Court ((2021) Jin 01 Zhi No. 941), Ping An Bank Co.Ltd(000001) Tianjin Branch applied to the court for enforcement, ordered the company and tus regeneration to perform the obligations determined in the civil mediation statement ((2021) Jin 01 min Chu No. 387) and pay an enforcement fee of 281200 yuan.
6. (2021) e min Zhong No. 1075
Yichang urban construction investment and Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yichang urban investment”) filed a lawsuit to the court, requiring: (1) Yichang Puhua Three Gorges Water Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Three Gorges water”), the holding subsidiary of the company, to repay the principal of 31831089.62 yuan according to the fund use agreement signed by both parties The royalty (interest) is 10406641.92 yuan and other expenses incurred due to failure to repay the principal in time, totaling 200824128.7 yuan.
