After verification, Relevant entities of this major asset restructuring (including the merging party and its controlling shareholders, actual controllers and controlled institutions, the merged party and its controlling shareholders and controlled institutions, the directors, supervisors and senior managers of the controlling shareholders of the merging party, the directors, supervisors and senior managers of the merged party, the intermediaries providing services for this major asset restructuring and their handling personnel, and participate in this major asset restructuring There is no case of being placed on file for investigation or investigation due to insider trading suspected of being related to this major asset restructuring, and there is no case of being subject to administrative punishment by China Securities Regulatory Commission or criminal responsibility investigated by judicial organs according to law due to insider trading related to this major asset restructuring in the last 36 months.
