Resignation and appointment of the Secretary of the board of directors

The board of directors of Jiangsu Safety Wire Rope Co.Ltd(603028) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the resignation report of Ms. Yang Xue, Secretary of the board of directors. Due to job changes, Ms. Yang Xue no longer serves as the Secretary of the board of directors of the company and no longer holds any position in the company. According to the Listing Rules of Shanghai Stock Exchange, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Ms. Yang Xue’s resignation report shall take effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of directors.
During her tenure as the Secretary of the board of directors of the company, Ms. Yang Xue was scrupulous and diligent, and played an active role in corporate governance and capital operation. Since Ms. Zuo Yuling has not obtained the qualification certificate of the Secretary of the board of directors issued by Shanghai Stock Exchange, she promises to participate in the latest training on the qualification of the Secretary of the board of directors held by Shanghai Stock Exchange. The appointment will take effect after she has obtained the qualification certificate of the Secretary of the board of directors of Shanghai Stock Exchange and has no objection to the qualification filing of Shanghai Stock Exchange. During this period, Mr. Lin Zhuying, the general manager of the company, will act as the Secretary of the board of directors.
The board of directors intends to appoint Mr. Shao Hui (resume attached) as Jiangsu Safety Wire Rope Co.Ltd(603028) securities affairs representative. The term of office expires on the expiration date of the Fourth Board of directors of the company.
