Letter of commitment to obtain the qualification certificate of independent director
I, Huang Haijun, have been nominated as an independent director candidate of the 5th board of directors of Utour Group Co.Ltd(002707) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”). As of the disclosure date of this letter of commitment, I have not obtained the qualification certificate of independent director recognized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
According to Article 6 of the guidelines for information disclosure of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 8 – filing of independent directors, “Independent directors and persons to be independent directors shall act in accordance with the guiding opinions Participate in relevant training and obtain the qualification certificate of independent director recognized by the exchange.
