1、 Convening of board meeting
1. Notice and convening of the meeting
Jinyuan Ep Co.Ltd(000546) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the notice of the 9th meeting of the 10th board of supervisors was sent by e-mail on January 19, 2022.
The meeting was held on January 21, 2022 in the conference room of the company on the 30th floor, building 1 Sunyard Technology Co.Ltd(600571) international, No. 1750, Jianghong Road, Binjiang District, Hangzhou by means of communication voting.
2. Attendance at the meeting
Three supervisors should attend the meeting and three actually attended the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Zhang Xiao, chairman of the board of supervisors of the company, and some directors and senior managers of the company attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
3. The meeting was held in accordance with the company law and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents, business rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the articles of association.

The funds within the above limit can be used on a rolling basis.
