Hangzhou Chang Chuan Technology Co.Ltd(300604) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” and ” Hangzhou Chang Chuan Technology Co.Ltd(300604) “) intends to issue shares to Hangzhou paradise Silicon Valley Hangshi equity investment partnership (limited partnership), Lee Heng Lee Jinggangshan Lecheng equity investment partnership (limited partnership) purchased 97.6687% of the equity of Hangzhou Changyi Technology Co., Ltd. held by it and raised supporting funds (hereinafter referred to as “this transaction”).
On January 21, 2022, the company held the fourth meeting of the third board of directors, deliberated and approved the transaction plan and relevant proposals. For details, see the relevant announcement issued by the company on January 22, 2022. Since the relevant audit and evaluation of this transaction have not been completed, the board of directors of the company decided not to hold the general meeting of shareholders to consider the proposals related to this transaction. After the completion of relevant audit and evaluation, the company will hold another meeting of the board of directors. After reviewing and making resolutions on the transaction plan and other relevant matters, the company will issue a notice of convening the general meeting of shareholders and submit it to the general meeting of shareholders to review the transaction plan and all relevant proposals.
