Letter of commitment on the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the information provided
Whereas Hangzhou Chang Chuan Technology Co.Ltd(300604) (hereinafter referred to as ” Hangzhou Chang Chuan Technology Co.Ltd(300604) ” or “listed company”) intends to acquire Hangzhou paradise Silicon Valley Hangshi equity investment partnership (limited partnership), Jinggangshan Lecheng equity investment partnership (limited partnership) by issuing shares Lee Heng Lee holds 97.6687% of the equity of Hangzhou Changyi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Changyi technology”) and raises supporting funds (hereinafter referred to as “this transaction”). As a director, supervisor and senior manager of the asset purchaser of this transaction, I hereby make the following commitments:
1、 I guarantee that the information provided for this exchange is true, accurate and complete, without false records, misleading statements or major omissions, and bear individual and joint legal liabilities for the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of the information provided.
2、 The materials provided by me to the securities service institutions participating in this transaction are true and original written materials or copies. The copies or copies of such materials are consistent with their original materials or originals, accurate and complete. The seals and signatures of all documents are true. The signatories of relevant documents are legally authorized and effectively sign the documents, There are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
3、 The explanation and confirmation issued by me on this exchange are true, accurate and complete, and there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions; Ensure that the statutory disclosure and reporting obligations have been fulfilled, and there are no contracts, agreements, arrangements or other matters that should be disclosed but not disclosed.
4、 If the listed company or investors suffer losses due to false records, misleading statements or major omissions in the information provided by me, I will bear legal liabilities according to law.
5、 If this transaction is filed for investigation by the judicial organ or by the CSRC due to the suspected false records, misleading statements or major omissions of the information provided or disclosed, the transfer of shares (if any) in which I have an interest in the listed company will be suspended until the conclusion of the case investigation is clear.
