Announcement on chairman’s resignation and election of new chairman

The board of directors of Aerospace Hi-Tech Holding Group Co.Ltd(000901) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report submitted by the chairman Mr. Xu Tao. Due to work reasons, Mr. Xu Tao resigned as a director, chairman and chairman of the strategy committee of the company.
According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Mr. Xu Tao’s resignation will not cause the number of members of the board of directors of the company to be lower than the legal minimum, and will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors of the company.
