1、 Overview of external poverty alleviation donations
In order to help improve the teaching environment in backward areas, promote the development of public welfare education, actively fulfill social responsibilities and give back to the society, it was deliberated and adopted at the 16th meeting of the 11th board of directors of the company, Hengyi Petrochemical Co.Ltd(000703) (hereinafter referred to as ” Hengyi Petrochemical Co.Ltd(000703) ” or “the company”) intends to continue to donate 12 million yuan to Hongde hope school, Hongsibao District, Wuzhong City, Ningxia through Wuzhong Red Cross Society for education related matters. The specific donation arrangement shall be implemented in batches according to the project progress.
In 2020, the company plans to donate 10 million yuan, but actually has donated 3 million yuan. For details, see the announcement on external poverty alleviation donations (Announcement No.: 2020-127) disclosed by the company on November 6, 2020.
In 2021, the company plans to donate 21 million yuan, but has actually donated 15 million yuan. For details, see the announcement on external poverty alleviation donations (Announcement No.: 2021-042) disclosed by the company on April 20, 2021. Hongde hope school, Hongsibao District, Wuzhong City, Ningxia, has no related relationship with the company. This donation does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset reorganization specified in the administrative measures for major asset reorganization of listed companies. According to the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the company’s external donation management system, this donation is within the scope of authorization of the company’s board of directors and does not need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
