The above proposal has been deliberated and adopted at the first extraordinary general meeting of the company in 2021 held on March 12, 2021. On May 13, 2021, the company’s application for issuing ultra short-term financing bonds has been registered with Bank Of China Limited(601988) market dealers association (zsxz [2021] scp208), and the registered amount of ultra short-term financing bonds of the company is approved to be RMB 5 billion, and the registered amount will be effective within 2 years from the date of signing the notice.

The first phase of the company’s 2022 ultra short-term financing bonds was publicly issued in the national inter-bank bond market on January 19, 2022, with an issuance amount of RMB 2 billion, a face value of RMB 100 each, and an issuance interest rate of 2.55%. Bank Of Qingdao Co.Ltd(002948) served as the lead underwriter and bookkeeper, and Ping An Bank Co.Ltd(000001) Co., Ltd. served as the joint lead underwriter. All the funds raised in this offering will arrive on January 20, 2022.
