Announcement on the completion of capital increase of holding subsidiaries

Guangdong Golden Dragon Development Inc(000712) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the fourth meeting of the ninth board of directors on October 11, 2021, deliberated on the capital increase and share expansion of the holding subsidiary Zhongshan Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongshan securities”) and whether the company exercised the priority to subscribe for capital contribution, and adopted the proposal on abandoning the priority to subscribe for capital contribution of the holding subsidiary. On the same day, the fourth extraordinary shareholders’ meeting in 2021 held by Zhongshan securities deliberated and adopted the proposal on capital and share increase. Today, the company received a notice from Zhongshan securities that the industrial and commercial registration procedures for the capital increase of Zhongshan securities have been completed, and the registered capital of Zhongshan securities has increased from RMB 1.7 billion to RMB 1.78 billion.
