The daily connected transactions between the company and its subsidiaries and related parties in 2022 are required for normal production and operation, follow the transaction principles of objectivity, openness, fairness and impartiality, and have fair pricing, which will not affect the independence of the company, It complies with the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the self regulatory guidelines for listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation of main board listed companies and the articles of association. There is no situation that damages the interests of the company and minority shareholders and will not affect the independence of the company.
All independent directors unanimously agreed to submit the proposal to the seventh meeting of the third board of directors for deliberation, and the related directors must withdraw from voting.
