Guangdong Sanhe Pile Co.Ltd(003037) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the sixth meeting of the third board of supervisors
Held by means of communication on Thursday, January 20, 2022. The notice of the meeting was given in January 2022
On the 17th, it was delivered to all supervisors by e-mail, SMS and wechat. There were 3 supervisors who should attend the meeting, 3 supervisors who actually attended the meeting, and the Secretary of the board of directors attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
The meeting was presided over by Wen Wei, chairman of the board of supervisors. The meeting shall be held in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, rules and the articles of association. The supervisors present at the meeting carefully considered various proposals and made the following resolutions:

(I) deliberated and passed the proposal on the prediction of daily connected transactions in 2022

The pricing is fair, which will not affect the independence of the company and will not damage the interests of the company and minority shareholders.
