The first meeting of the seventh board of supervisors of Zhangzhou Pientzehuang Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(600436) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was held at 16:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 20, 2022 in the conference room on the 22nd floor of the company’s Zhangzhou Pientzehuang Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(600436) building in the form of on-site meeting. With the consent of all supervisors, the time limit for notice was exempted. Meeting notices and proposals shall be delivered by hand and sent by e-mail. There are 5 supervisors who should vote and 5 supervisors who actually vote at this meeting. The meeting is held in accordance with the company law and the Zhangzhou Pientzehuang Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(600436) articles of Association (hereinafter referred to as the “articles of association”) and other relevant provisions, and is legal and effective.
