1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
On January 19, 2022, Shandong Yisheng Livestock & Poultry Breeding Co.Ltd(002458) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the 19th meeting of the 5th board of supervisors was held on site in the company’s conference room. The notice of the meeting was delivered to the supervisors by means of communication on January 17, 2022. Three supervisors shall attend the meeting, and three supervisors actually attend the meeting. The meeting shall be held in accordance with the company law and other laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of the articles of association. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Ren Shenghao, chairman of the board of supervisors.

Through voting, the meeting adopted the following resolutions:
The proposal on financial assistance and related party transactions provided by controlling shareholders free of charge was deliberated and adopted.
Voting: 3 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstention.
After deliberation, the board of supervisors held that the decision-making procedures for financial assistance and related party transactions provided by the controlling shareholders free of charge comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and there is no situation that damages the interests of the company and other shareholders, especially small and medium-sized shareholders.
