The price of the related party transactions considered by the board of directors is determined by referring to the prices of similar transactions in the surrounding areas, based on the principles of fairness and impartiality, and the transaction price is fair. This transaction is conducted in accordance with the commercial principle of fair trading, and there is no insider trading and damage to the interests of the company and shareholders.
