Jinfu Technology Co.Ltd(003018) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 10th meeting of the second board of directors on March 19, 2021 and the 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders on April 13, 2021, deliberated and adopted the proposal on the renewal of accounting firm, and proposed to renew Rongcheng accounting firm (special general partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Rongcheng firm”) as the company’s audit institution in 2021. 1、 Change of signing accountant
Recently, the company received the explanatory letter on changing Jinfu Technology Co.Ltd(003018) signing certified public accountant issued by Rongcheng firm. As the auditor of the company’s annual financial statements in 2021, Rongcheng firm originally appointed Mr. Cai Hao, Ms. Ju Jingjing and Ms. Lei Su as signing certified public accountants to provide audit services for the company. In view of the work adjustment of Mr. Cai Hao and Ms. Lei Su, the original certified public accountants, Rongcheng firm plans to replace the certified public accountants with Mr. Shi Shaoxiang, Ms. Ju Jingjing and Mr. Wan Lei. Among them, Mr. Shi Shaoxiang is the project partner, and Ms. Ju Jingjing and Mr. Wan Lei are the certified public accountants signing the project.

Project partner: Shi Shaoxiang, who became a Chinese certified public accountant in 2011, began to engage in the audit business of Listed Companies in 2009 and began to practice in Rongcheng certified public accountants in 2014; In recent three years, he has signed audit reports of many listed companies such as Anhui Wanwei Updated High-Tech Material Industry Co.Ltd(600063) , Anhui Fengxing Wear Resistant Materials Co.Ltd(002760) , Tailong lighting, Anhui Landun Photoelectron Co.Ltd(300862) .
Certified public accountant signing the project: Wan Lei, who became a Chinese certified public accountant in 2017, began to engage in the audit business of Listed Companies in 2012 and began to practice in Rongcheng certified public accountants in 2018; In recent three years, he has signed the audit report of one listed company including Anhui Fengxing Wear Resistant Materials Co.Ltd(002760) .
Shi Shaoxiang, the project partner, and WAN Lei, the signing certified public accountant, have not violated the independence requirements of the code of professional ethics for Chinese certified public accountants, and have not been subject to criminal punishment, administrative punishment, supervision and management measures, self-discipline supervision measures and disciplinary sanctions for their professional behavior in the past three years.

During this change, the relevant work arrangements have been handed over in an orderly manner, and the changes will not affect the audit of the company’s annual financial statements in 2021.
