Announcement on resignation of shareholders’ representative supervisors
The board of supervisors and all supervisors of the company guarantee that there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions in the contents of this announcement, and bear individual and joint liabilities for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of its contents.
The board of supervisors of Befar Group Co.Ltd(601678) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the resignation report of Mr. Liu Zhenke, the representative supervisor of the company’s shareholders. Mr. Liu Zhenke applied for resignation as supervisor of the company for personal reasons. According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Mr. Liu Zhenke’s resignation did not cause the number of the board of supervisors to be lower than the legal minimum, and would not affect the normal operation of the board of supervisors. His resignation report will take effect when it is delivered to the board of supervisors. The company and the board of supervisors expressed their heartfelt thanks to Mr. Liu Zhenke for his contribution to the development of the company during his tenure.
