According to the nomination of Mr. Chen Hongliang, the general manager of the company, and the review of the nomination committee of the board of directors, the board of directors agreed to appoint Mr. Wu Mengtao as Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co.Ltd(603799) deputy general manager. The term of office is from the effective date of the resolution of the board of directors to the expiration date of the Fifth Board of directors. Mr. Wu Mengtao’s resume is attached.
