This bond is named as ” Chinalin Securities Co.Ltd(002945) 2020 public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors”. In view of the fact that this bond is issued in installments and due to cross year factors, in accordance with the naming convention of corporate bonds and with the consent of the competent department, The name of corporate bonds with a scale of no more than RMB 1 billion (including RMB 1 billion) to be issued by the current issuer is determined as ” Chinalin Securities Co.Ltd(002945) 2022 public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors (phase I)” (hereinafter referred to as “current bonds”).
The change of the name of the current bonds does not change the effectiveness of the originally signed legal documents related to the issuance of corporate bonds, and the originally signed relevant legal documents continue to have legal effect on the renamed corporate bonds. The foregoing legal documents include but are not limited to: Chinalin Securities Co.Ltd(002945) and Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) underwriting agreement on the public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors in 2020 and other documents.
