Announcement on the resignation of the deputy general manager of the company

Shaanxi Zhongtian Rocket Technology Co.Ltd(003009) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Dong Ning, deputy general manager of the company, on January 18, 2022. Due to job transfer, Mr. Dong Ning applied to resign from the position of deputy general manager of the company and Xi’an Aerospace SANWO electromechanical equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, as the executive deputy general manager of the company. After resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company, The resignation report shall take effect as of the date when it is delivered to the board of directors.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Dong Ning does not hold shares in the company, and the relevant work he is responsible for has been successfully handed over. His resignation will not affect the normal operation of the relevant work of the company.
