Announcement on resignation of some senior managers of the company

The board of directors of Gohigh Data Networks Technology Co.Ltd(000851) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received a written resignation report from Mr. Zhao Desheng, deputy general manager and Mr. Bi Haizhou, deputy general manager of the company on January 19, 2022. Mr. Zhao Desheng and Mr. Bi Haizhou resigned as deputy general manager of the company due to job change, and will no longer hold any position in the company after resignation.
According to the company law of the people’s Republic of China, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the resignation reports of Mr. Zhao Desheng and Mr. Bi Haizhou shall take effect from the date they are delivered to the board of directors of the company, and their resignation will not affect the normal development of relevant work of the company.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Zhao Desheng holds 160905 shares of the company, Mr. Bi Haizhou does not hold shares of the company, and there are no commitments that should be fulfilled but not fulfilled. After leaving office, Mr. Zhao Desheng will continue to abide by the company law, the detailed rules for the implementation of share reduction by shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior managers of Listed Companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange and other laws and regulations on the trading of shares of outgoing senior managers of listed companies.
