1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
Guangzhou Wahlap Technology Corporation Limited(301011) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the meeting notice of the 21st Meeting of the second board of supervisors was sent by mail, SMS or personal delivery on January 15, 2022. The meeting was held in the company’s large conference room in the afternoon of January 19, 2022 by on-site combined with communication. There are 3 supervisors who should participate in voting at the meeting, and 3 supervisors who actually participate in voting. The convening and voting procedures of the meeting comply with the relevant provisions of the company law of the people’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “company law”) and the articles of association.
