The notice of the 19th meeting of the 4th board of supervisors of Zhongji Innolight Co.Ltd(300308) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or ” Zhongji Innolight Co.Ltd(300308) “) was sent to all supervisors by telephone and e-mail on January 12, 2022, and was held by means of communication voting at 10:30 a.m. on January 19, 2022. Three supervisors should attend the meeting and three actually attended the meeting. The convening and voting procedures of the meeting comply with the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, and the meeting is legal and effective. The meeting was presided over by Ms. Qi Zhijie. The meeting considered and adopted the following resolutions by open ballot:
1、 The proposal on participating in investment in Hetang semiconductor fund was deliberated and adopted
In order to strengthen the company’s investment layout in the field of compound semiconductor industry, As a limited partner, the company plans to establish a semiconductor industry fund Suzhou Hetang third generation semiconductor venture capital partnership (limited partnership) with its own capital of RMB 30 million together with the general partner Suzhou Hetang Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and other limited partners (the final name approved by the industry and Commerce shall prevail). In order to strengthen the company’s investment layout in the field of new generation information technology industry, Suzhou xuchuang Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to invest 30 million yuan in Nanjing Datai venture capital partnership (limited partnership).
