(hereinafter referred to as Everbright capital) and China Merchants Bank Co.Ltd(600036) (hereinafter referred to as China Merchants Bank Co.Ltd(600036) ) and Shanghai Huarui Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huarui bank) (see the company’s announcement Lin 2019-008, Lin 2019-037, Lin 2020-080, Lin 2021-037, Lin 2021-045, 2018 annual report, 2020 annual report and 2021 semi annual report for details). The relevant progress is disclosed as follows:
Recently, Everbright capital filed a retrial application to Shanghai Higher People’s court for litigation related to China Merchants Bank Co.Ltd(600036) and other contract disputes of Huarui bank. At present, Everbright capital has received the notice of acceptance of civil application for retrial cases ((2021) HMS No. 3740 and (2021) HMS No. 3741) from Shanghai Higher People’s court respectively. Shanghai Higher People’s court has decided to file a case for review of Everbright capital’s retrial application, and the final review result is still uncertain.
The above matters are still in the stage of retrial and case filing review, and the impact on the company needs to be evaluated according to the review results of Shanghai Higher People’s court.
