The board of directors of Shanghai Chengtou Holding Co.Ltd(600649) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Jiang Haixi, a director. Mr. Jiang Haixi resigned from his position as a director of the 10th board of directors, a member of the strategy committee and a member of the remuneration and assessment committee of the company due to work reasons, and expressed no different opinions on the company’s affairs.
