1、 Independent opinions on entrusted financial management with self owned idle funds
The company has established a relatively perfect internal control system and system, and formulated a special foreign investment management system, which can reasonably and effectively control investment risks and ensure capital safety;
The company’s investment direction of entrusted financial management with idle self owned funds is a variety of financial products with low risk, controllable risk and fixed income;
The company uses idle self owned funds for entrusted financial management, which is conducive to improving the use efficiency of idle funds and will not affect the company’s daily operation and the development of its main business. It is agreed that the company will use its own idle funds totaling no more than RMB 750 million for entrusted financial management within one year from the date of adoption of the resolution of the board of directors (at any time during the period, the maximum balance of entrusted financial management of its own idle funds and cash management of idle raised funds totaling no more than RMB 750 million), and the amount of funds can be used on a rolling basis.
